Lemon Rosemary Baked Chicken Breasts
This classic Mediterranean dish will leave your taste buds in heaven! All you need is a few boneless skinless chicken breasts, fresh rosemary sprigs, garlic cloves, lemon zest and juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit then mix together all of the ingredients (except for the chicken) in a bowl to create an aromatic lemon-rosemary mixture. Place your chicken breast in an oven-safe dish then pour over the mixture; make sure each piece of chicken is fully covered with liquid. Bake until golden brown – approximately 20 minutes – flipping halfway through cooking time if desired. Serve with your favorite side dishes such as roasted potatoes or grilled vegetables!
