Adele's Weight Loss Journey: Estimating How Much She Weighed Before
Adele has recently made headlines after her dramatic weight loss transformation. Of course, the question on everyone's minds is: how much did Adele weigh before?
After doing some digging and researching various sources, we've arrived at an approximate number as well as a more detailed look into her journey. Here's what we found.
The speculation surrounding Adele's weight began when she posted an older photo of herself from when she was younger in October 2019 with the caption “I used to cry but now I sweat”. This kickstarted a flurry of reports about her possible weight loss, which were later confirmed by Instagram photos of her looking "unrecognizable".
When Adele posted another photo in December 2020, this time dressed up as Santa Claus for Christmas with the caption “Merry Christmas from me and my extra 40lbs! ... ohhhhhhhh hello!”, there was further discussion about how much she had lost.
Based on those photos and analysis from fitness experts and dietary coaches, it appears that Adele could have lost anywhere between 60 to 70 pounds since starting her transformation back in 2018. If that is true, then it can be extrapolated that she may have weighed anywhere between 200 to 250 pounds before beginning her journey toward health and wellness.
Of course, these estimates may not be completely accurate as there is no way to know for sure exactly how much weight Adele gained or lost without direct access to her medical records (which are naturally private). All we can do is guess based on her public appearances and statements.
Another key factor in understanding how much weight Adele may have shed is looking at what she did to achieve such great results. It's clear that exercise played a large role in her success - according to reliable sources , she was running up to 10 miles a day while being trained by personal trainer Pete Geracimo; liposuction was ruled out because it would not provide enough of an improvement; and diet appeared likely as well after seeing photos of healthy meals she cooked for herself published by The Sun newspaper last year. Combined with dedicated workouts five days per week focused on bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups and planks - it all contributed significantly to achieving the desired results overall.
Although it remains unknown exactly how many pounds Adele has been able to lose since embarking on this new lifestyle journey over two years ago, one thing is certain: whatever struggles or difficulties you might have encountered along the way - whether physical or mental - you have certainly come out stronger than ever before! Now you are living proof that when you set your mind toward something important, anything can be achieved with dedication and hard work!
