Is Paleo Diet Healthy?
Diet fads come and go, but one trend that has been around since the early 2000s is the paleo diet. Initially developed as a part of the ‘caveman’ lifestyle, the principle of this diet is to mimic the food intake of humans who lived thousands of years ago -- that is, mostly meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts and some fish.
The premise behind the paleo diet is that by eating like our ancestors did during the Palaeolithic era, we can achieve better health and nutrition than with a modern diet full of processed ingredients. But does it actually work? Let’s take a look at whether going paleo is healthy or not.

The Risks Of Going Paleo
