Using hands form mixture into 6 small patties about ½ inch thick then coat each patty in almond flour pressing gently between palms to ensure full coating. - Instructions Preheat oven to 400°F Arrange lemon slices at bottom of baking dish Place fish fillets over top them Drizzle olive oil over top Sprinkle turmeric capers sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper Bak efor 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork Serve over wild rice or greens tossed with extra lemon juice . - Ingredients 1 cup coconut chips ,2 tablespoons Tamari sauce ,1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 teaspoon liquid smoke ,1 teaspoon smoked paprika Sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper
- Instructions Preheat oven to 375°F Line baking sheet with parchment paper In small bowl mix together tamari sauces maple syrup liquid smoke smoked paprika sea salt & freshly cracked back pepper Spread coconut chips onto prepared baking sheet drizzling mixture over top using spoon Bake 8–10 minutes stirring once after 5 minutes Allow to cool before serving Enjoy!
Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
- Ingredients 2 ripe bananas mashed ,¼ cup coconut oil melted plus extra for greasing pan 1 egg beaten ,2 tablespoons honey ,2 teaspoons vanilla extract ,1¾ cups almond flour sifted ,2 teaspoons baking soda Pinch sea salt ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- Instructions Preheat oven to 350°F Grease 9 x 5 inch loaf pan Combine mashed banana egg honey melted coconut oil & vanilla extract in bowl Mix together almond flour baking soda pinch sea salt Stir in chocolate chips Transfer batter into prepared loaf pan Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean Allow bread cool 10 minutes before transferring onto wire rack Enjoy!
